Survey Findings About HealthNet

According to eChoiceAdvisor surveys, HealthNet seems to enjoy low member satisfaction relative to other health plans. 41% survey respondents were dissatisfied with cost. Other areas of complaints include dissatisfaction with out-of-network care, provider network, and products and services covered.

This is somehwat surprising given the large number of premier hospitals affiliated with HealthNet. Apparently, back-end operation and management of HealthNet need to catch up with customer expectations for efficiency and service.
